We recommend uploading photos with high variety, a mix of close-up selfies and full body shots in a variety of places, angles, clothes and expressions. Do not upload photos with low variety, group photos, other people, sunglasses, hats, photos where your face is cut off or not visible.

The resemblance of the photos to you depends on the quality and variety of the photos you upload. The better and more varied your photos, the more accurately the AI can understand and represent your unique characteristics. But in general if you follow the general suggestions when uploading photos, you will be immediately recognisable in AI photos.

Because our products are uniquely designed for each customer, they are not eligible for refunds or returns once delivered. But we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you encounter any of the following issues due to an error on our end, we will gladly offer a resolution, which may include a correction or a refund:
